Sit with people who protect your name in your absence.
Never let the same snake bite you twice.
You become unstoppable when you work on things people can’t take away from you.
Your mindset, your character, you personality, and your passions.
You don’t improve your life by doing more. You improve by doing less of what doesn’t matter.
People’s true colors come out when they don’t get what they want from you.
What they hate in you….is what is missing in them.
Never assume that loud is strong, and silence is weak.
Sometime’s you have to let go of what is hurting you, even if it hurts you to let go.
When you replace “Why is this happening to me” with “What is this trying to teach me”..everything shifts.
Don’t listen to what people say, watch what they do. Behavior never lies.
Most people don’t want to be part of the process…they just want to be part of the outcome. But the process is where you figure out who is worth being part of the outcome.
Everyone loves you when you let everything slide. The moment you start setting boundaries, and holding people accountable, you become the one that is difficult.
Sometimes you have to make a decision that will hurt your heart…..but heal your soul.
Your most difficult times often lead to the greatest gifts.
Sometimes you have to put aside what you feel for someone, and pay attention to what their actions are saying they feel about you.
Your own family may talk s**t about you when you’re in the process of breaking all the generational toxicity. Keep growing. Do better.
Some of the best things that will happen to you in your life will not be on your schedule.
Boundaries are not making you lose friends or family members. Boundaries are allowing you to lose gaslighters, emotional abusers, needy and greedy manipulators, and self centered narcissists.
And my very favorite…..”Sometimes the very thing that you are most afraid of….is the very thing that will set you free”.
We are all a work in progress, embrace the ride…and all that it brings.
But that’s just my opinion. :)
