A platform created to share my thoughts and lessons learned as I take on the most challenging chapter of my life.  I've traded in palm trees for pine trees and I'm now setting out to build a home from the ground up and create a magical corner of the world to call my own.  Without the support of a family, but with an affinity for wildlife and a magical relationship with moose, I've purchased acres of beautiful forested land that sits on a hill with breathtaking views.  This is where my next chapter begins. I've formed a lot of opinions along the way with regard to family, love, and loss.  Every challenge and every loss has brought me here.
